What Rebloom moms are saying

“Everyone thought I was pregnant. Not anymore.”

My youngest is two and I was still getting "when are you due." I thought it was just fat that would not go. It was my abs, separated in pregnancy and never closed. This holds the whole wall in, 360°, and in about two weeks my belly had come in and stopped pushing forward. My waist is back and my jeans button without a fight. It genuinely works, and I wish I had known years ago.

“The shelf above my c-section scar is finally gone”

After my c-section I had that overhang that no diet or workout touched, and my doctor just said "give it time." Whether your scar is low or vertical, this pulls the whole area in and holds it gently right above the scar line. A few weeks in, the shelf had flattened and my pre-baby belly was back. This is a real change, not a filter. Soft, breathable and c-section safe. I cried putting on my old jeans.

“Two inches off my waist, and I forget I'm wearing it”

The mom pooch was the one thing that never shifted, no matter what I did. By the end of the first week I had taken about two inches off my waist and my clothes were loose. It is thin and breathable, so I honestly forget it is on, and it is completely invisible under a fitted dress. Eight hours on my feet, no lines, no rolling, no readjusting in the bathroom.

“After my kids and a hysterectomy, it finally held”

After three kids and a hysterectomy, my lower belly changed and nothing held it in a way that felt good. This wraps the whole middle, 360°, without digging in anywhere near the scar. Within a few weeks it was visibly flatter, and it stays flat all day. Soft, seamless, and it does not roll down once. This actually did what everything else promised and never delivered. I wear it every single day now.

“My physio measured my gap. It finally moved.”

I had done months of physio for my diastasis with barely any change. I started wearing this all day alongside my exercises, and around three weeks the gap actually moved for the first time. My physio measured it and asked what I had changed. It holds the wall closed so the work finally sticks, and it never once rolled down. That was the proof for me. I already bought a second.

“Twenty years and three kids later, and won over”

I am twenty years and three kids out, and I had wasted money on wraps and belts that did nothing, so I doubted this too, and I ordered the wrong size. Their team let me keep it and sent the right one free in a few days. It stays put all day and my belly is visibly flatter, a couple of pounds gone too. It really was not too late after all. Four stars only because I wish the nude came in more shades.

STILL DECIDING?

What moms ask us before they order

My size changed after baby. Which one do I order?

Go by your waist, not the tag in your jeans. After a baby those two numbers often drift apart, and this brief is cut for exactly that.

Wrap a soft tape around the narrowest part of your torso, about two inches above your belly button, keeping it level. Still carrying some postpartum belly? Measure above the fullest point, not across it.

In between sizes? Go up one. Sizes run XS to 5XL. Easiest of all: tap Find my size above and the calculator matches you in about ten seconds.

Will it roll down when I sit?

That's exactly what it's designed to prevent. Two wide bands cross over your tummy while the knit hugs your sides and back, so the hold is spread evenly, 360°, and no single spot takes the strain.

An inner silicone grip and anti-roll ribbing help keep the waistband in place through desk hours, car rides and every time you sit down. Less rolling, less riding up, less hiking it back up.

Will it show through fitted clothes?

Under most outfits, no one can tell. The knit is thin, and the leg openings are finished with flat, low-profile edges instead of tight elastic, so nothing digs in or leaves a ridge.

Under bodycon dresses, jeans, leggings or tailored workwear, it's designed to leave a smooth line. Very sheer or white fabrics can show any underwear, so pair those with Beige.

What's it made of, and is it soft?

Soft, silky nylon and spandex. Specifically 83% polyamide (nylon) and 17% spandex, with breathable mesh panels and a cotton-lined gusset. That blend is why it feels nothing like stiff, rubbery shapewear.

The nylon keeps it thin, silky and breathable, so it stays discreet under clothes and feels soft against your skin all day. The spandex gives firm hold that springs back every time you scoop up your baby, instead of going slack.

No latex. No hard boning. No plastic edges digging in.

Do I wear underwear under it?

No need. It's made to be worn on its own. Treat it like your regular underwear: the cotton-lined gusset stays soft and breathable against your skin all day.

Prefer a thin pair underneath? That works too, and it won't change the fit or the hold. Whatever feels best on you is the right answer.

How often should I wear it?

As often as you like. It's made to be an everyday piece. The smoothing and support work every time it's on, so the more days you wear it, the more days you feel put-together in your clothes. A few hours or the whole day, your call.

Skip a day and nothing is lost. To give it a fair try, make it part of getting dressed in the morning, like your bra. It's light enough to wear without a second thought.

Can I sleep in it?

Daytime is what it's made for. Wear it while you're up and about, then give your body a rest overnight.

Dozing off on the couch or napping in it? That's fine, it's soft enough. Just go by one simple test: it should feel like support, never like pressure. If it ever feels too snug to relax in, slip it off.

How soon after birth, or a C-section, can I wear it?

Once your doctor or midwife says you're ready. For many moms that's at their postpartum check-up, but every birth and every recovery is different. It's soft and stretchy with no hard boning or stiff edges, so nothing presses or digs in.

After a C-section, wait until your incision has fully healed and your provider has given you the OK. There's no rush. It'll be here when you're ready.

My kids are 5, 10, even 20+. Is it still for me?

Absolutely. Whether your youngest is one or twenty-one, how long ago you had your baby was never really the point. The cross-band and the all-around knit wrap your midsection in even, gentle support, so your tummy looks smoother under clothes every time you wear it.

That's why some moms start in their first year and others twenty years in. There's no expiry date on feeling good in your clothes.

How do I wash it so it keeps its hold?

Cold, gentle, and never in the dryer. Machine wash on a gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, or hand wash, then lay it flat or hang it to air dry.

Heat and fabric softener are what wear out stretch fabric, so skip both. That's how the spandex stays springy and the hold stays firm, wear after wear.

What will I notice when I put it on, and what if it's not for me?

A difference the second you pull it on. Your tummy looks smoother under clothes, and you feel the support from the very first wear.

You're also covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, message us within 90 days and we'll swap your size or refund your order. See guarantee details

Sizing tip from the reviews: order by your waist measurement, not your usual size.

  • The Rebloom Sculpt Brief in Black
    Her pick: Black

    Rebecca H., 32

Most shapewear cuts into me or won't go up high enough on my figure. I went by the waist measurement instead of my usual size and it's perfect, it smooths my waist without choking me. The only one I wear now.

  • The Rebloom Sculpt Brief in Lilac
    Her pick: Lilac

    Chloe B., 29

Measure your waist and go by the chart, don't guess from your usual size like I did the first time. Once I got it right it's the comfiest hold I've owned, smooths everything and I forget it's on.

  • The Rebloom Sculpt Brief in Navy
    Her pick: Navy

    Hannah R., 32

Wore the navy under a fitted dress for eight hours, zero lines and zero readjusting in the bathroom. My waist looked snatched and I was actually comfortable all night. That never happens.

  • The Rebloom Sculpt Brief in Navy
    Her pick: Navy

    Emily S., 36

Does exactly what it says, holds my mom-pooch in all day and you can't see it under anything. Only reason it's not five stars is I wish it came in more colors. I wear it every single day.

  • The Rebloom Sculpt Brief in Purple
    Her pick: Purple

    Daniela V., 37

Two kids and my lower belly never went back. This is the only thing that holds it flat all day without rolling down or pinching. Bought the plum first, already ordered two more colors.

  • The Rebloom Sculpt Brief in Fuchsia Pink
    Her pick: Fuchsia Pink

    Jenna P., 34

My belly was flat in the morning and pushed out by evening, every single day. This holds it in from morning to night, no rolling down. Honestly I wish I'd found it two years ago.

  • The Rebloom Sculpt Brief in Beige
    Her pick: Beige

    Priya N., 30

C-section mama here. It's gentle over my scar but it really holds everything in, all the way around, not just the front. The nude is completely invisible under my work clothes.

  • The Rebloom Sculpt Brief in Beige
    Her pick: Beige

    Megan K., 33

Three years postpartum and people still asked if I was expecting. Two weeks in and the pooch is gone under my clothes, I actually teared up. The nude disappears under a fitted dress.

  • The Rebloom Sculpt Brief in Fuchsia Pink
    Her pick: Fuchsia Pink

    Deborah M., 46

Four kids and I'd given up on my stomach ever going back. This holds the whole area in, all the way around, and three weeks in my waist is actually coming back. Got the fuchsia.

  • The Rebloom Sculpt Brief in Purple
    Her pick: Purple

    Gabriela R., 33

It was never fat, it's the gap after two babies that nothing fixed. This is the first thing that actually pulls it in. Flat the second I put it on and it stays that way all day.

FAQ

The details, answered

Sizing, comfort, washing, and what happens if it's not for you.

Still have a question? Message our team or write to contact@rebloom.com. We're happy to help.

How is this different from a regular shaper or belly band?

A typical belly band fastens with velcro at the front, so most of the pressure lands there and it can roll as you move. The Sculpt Brief pulls on like underwear instead. Its cross-band front and all-around knit give a 360° hold that's even from every side. The crossed design is inspired by the traditional Malaysian bengkung wrap. It stays in place, and the look is natural, not squeezed.

How do I find my size?

Size by your waist, not your usual clothing size. After a baby the two often stop matching, and that's exactly who this is made for.

  1. Measure level at the slimmest point of your waist, roughly two inches over your navel.
  2. Postpartum? Keep the tape above the fullest part of your belly.
  3. Find that number on the size chart.

Torn between two? Pick the larger one. The range is XS to 5XL, or let the Size Calculator choose for you.

Will it roll down or ride up?

It's built not to. In the right size, the crossed bands anchor around your waist, and a silicone grip at the waistband, backed by anti-roll ribbing, helps hold the top edge where it belongs all day, through car seats, carpools and couch time. No hitching it up every time you stand.

Will anyone see it under my clothes?

It's designed to stay discreet. A thin, light knit and flat-finished edges leave nothing hard to print through, so it sits smooth under jeans, leggings, workwear and most fitted dresses. Just a clean, natural line.

Can I really wear it all day?

Yes. It's soft and lightweight, and it shapes with a firm, even hug instead of the breath-stealing squeeze of rigid shapewear. Sit, eat, pick up your little one: it stays comfortable from morning to night.

How soon after birth can I wear it?

When your doctor or midwife gives you the go-ahead for shapewear. Every recovery has its own timeline. After a C-section, give your incision time to heal completely and get your provider's OK first. Not sure yet? Bring it up at your postpartum checkup.

My baby's not a baby anymore. Will it still work?

Absolutely. Whether your last baby arrived six weeks or six years ago, the Sculpt Brief smooths and supports your midsection the same way. Many women wear it long after their last pregnancy, or simply as their everyday shapewear.

What's it made of? Will it feel itchy?

Soft, stretchy nylon and spandex, with sheer mesh panels and a gusset lined in cotton. Nothing scratchy or rigid: no boning, no hooks, no stiff panels. Just a light, smooth layer against your skin.

How do I keep it like new?

Cold water, gentle cycle, mesh bag, then let it air-dry. Heat, bleach and fabric softener break down the stretch, so keep it away from all three and the cross-band holds its shape for longer.

How quickly does it work? And what if it's not for me?

Right away. Pull it on and your tummy looks flatter and smoother under your clothes. It also comes with our 90-day money-back guarantee: if it isn't right for you, message us within 90 days and we'll swap your size or refund your order. See the details.
